We’re Claire and Aine, two experienced NHS mental health nurses who have spent over a decade working in crisis care. Time and time again, we saw the same cycle - people waiting until they were overwhelmed, burnt out, and in crisis before seeking help.
We knew that change had to start with education
We created Let’s Talk Minds not just as a business, but as a movement - because prevention is better than cure. Our goal is simple: to equip people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to manage their mental health before it reaches breaking point.
We specialise in workplace well-being, because we know the impact work can have on mental health - and we know how powerful a proactive employer can be. Our training is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in real-life experience. We’re not corporate consultants - we’re people-first practitioners who speak with compassion, clarity, and care.

We’ve worked on the frontline of mental health, supporting people through some of their most challenging moments. With over a decade of experience in the NHS - mostly in crisis care - we understand the realities behind the statistics.
